My EXP bar says "Resting point". What does it mean?

This happens when you have been offline for a certain amount of time. The amount of 'Rest State' that appears is dependent on how long you haven't logged into that character. During the destination of your current EXP location and the Rest State location you get double the EXP, the location can go into the next level as well or 2 two levels depending on the length of the EXP bar remainder.
