Requesting your website username

In order to access your account management page (and be able to change your password for your CABAL account and pay for CABAL items), you will require your website username. This username can be (and often is) different from the username you use to log into the game and it is therefore easy to forget. Please follow the steps below for details on retrieving your website username.

Request your website username

  1. Visit https://www.cabalonline.com/account
  2. Click the 'Forgot Username' button
  3. Enter your email address which you used to register on the website
  4. Select one of the secret questions you chose when you registered on the website and provide the answer
  5. Click the Submit button
  6. Your username will then be sent out to your email account.
