Resetting your website password

In order to access your account management page (and be able to change your password for your CABAL account and pay for CABAL items), you will require your website password. This password can be (and often is) different from the username you use to log into the game and it is therefore easy to forget. Please follow the steps below for details on retrieving your password.

Forgotten your website password? You can reset your password by following the instructions below.
  1. Visit https://www.cabalonline.com/account
  2. Click the 'Forgot Password' button
  3. Enter your website username
  4. Enter your email address, which you are currently using on your account
  5. Enter the new password you would like to use (note that it should contain big letters, small letters and digits).
  6. Confirm the new password by entering it again
  7. Select one of your secret questions from the list and enter the correct answer
  8. Click the submit button
