THESE WILL NOT HELP YOU RESET YOUR SUB PASSWORD!

Your CABAL Online Secret Question and Answer are vital pieces of information, which are required in order to prove ownership over your account. Please ensure that you know your secret question and answer and that the details you use will not be forgotten!

If you can not remember your secret questions and answers, you will need to reset them by providing some proof of ownership and two new secret questions and answers.

1. All changes to your secret question and answer must go through our support department. Visit support.cabalonline.com and register an account if you have not already done so.
2. Once you have registered and logged in, create a support ticket under the Account Support department. In the header put the title "REQUEST: Reset Secret Q+A".
3. In the message body, you must provide us with the following information (please note that you must fill in all the fields):
   
   Website Username
   Full name (forename and surname - minimum 2 words)
   Email address used on the account
   Date of birth (dd/mm/yy)
   How many game User Ids you have (do not mix up with amount of characters!)
   What are the characters you have on your game User Ids (nicknames and levels)
   
   Also, we will need to know which NEW questions and answers you would like to use.
   
   Select TWO of these questions and then provide an answer for each in the correct order below.
