Help I have forgotten my details! How do I retrieve them?

Having difficulties in remembering your CABAL Online account details? Not to worry! If you have forgotten your login details, you can retrieve and reset them by following the instructions below. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Request your website username ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1. Visit https://www.cabalonline.com/account 2. Click the 'Forgot Username' button 3. Enter your email address which you used to register on the website 4. Select one of the secret questions you chose when you registered on the website and provide the answer 5. Click the Submit button 6. Your username will then be sent out to your email account. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reset your website password ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You can reset your website password by following the instructions below. 1. Visit https://www.cabalonline.com/account 2. Click the 'Forgot Password' button 3. Enter your website username 4. Enter your email address, which you used to register on the website 5. Enter the new password you would like to use 6. Confirm the new password by entering it again 7. Select one of your secret questions from the list and enter the correct answer 8. Login to your website account by visiting https://www.cabalonline.com/account 2. Once you have logged into your account, click 'Reset' for the relevant game account in the Password column 3. Enter the new password you would like to use 4. Select one of your secret questions and provide the answer 5. Click the Submit button Once the password has been reset, you will receive a confirmation email.
