How to Use the Item Shop section in the Support suite

The Item Shop section should only be used when you have a problem with an item that you purchased or tried to purchae, or when you can't open the Item Shop in game to make a purchase.

To make it easier and faster for us to deal with your query you should always include:
  • Your account id.
  • The character that a faulty item is on.
  • The server that the character in question is on.
  • A full name or description of the item you are querying.
You should leave at least 3 days before you write to us to bump your ticket and you should always use the same ticket number where possible. Sending more than 1 ticket in the first day doesn't help anyone. It could be that we are already investigating your problem, making more than 1 ticket about the same problem just makes the tickets slower to deal with.

Always put something relevant to your query in the subject line, this makes it easier for us to categorise your problem and ensure that it is in the correct section of Support.
