On rare occasions mistakes are made when game bans are administered. If you believe you are one of the unfortunate few who fall into this category, please take the following actions: Register or log into the support system Click the create new ticket icon Select the "Blocked Account Appeals" Category. Failure to select this category will result in your ticket being ignored! Fill out all the details requested, including character name, server and any evidence or details you have to prove your innocence. Patiently await a response from the support advisor. Creating multiple tickets or spamming a single ticket will slow down your response time. Please note that all cases are checked thoroughly. If you have broken any of the policies, including using automated programs, do not waste your time sending in a ban appeal. This includes pleas of "I didn't cheat", "I didn't bot", "I won't bot again". It will not be granted! NOTE: Please do not post any personal information or problems you might have as a comment to this article. Send all your requests in a Support Ticket.
