How do I use the support system?

Unsure on where to send your support ticket? The below guide may be able to help you out. If by the end of this guide you are still unsure, simply select the department you believe is most appropriate. Hacked Accounts / Stolen Accounts / Emptied Accounts - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them under ACCOUNT SUPPORT. Reports of botters / Reports of cheats - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them in the Support Center under BOT REPORTS. Being unable to log in game, website, forum etc. - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them under ACCOUNT SUPPORT. Transactions / Cabal Cash not received / Incomplete payments - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them under PAYMENT SUPPORT. Bought items disappeared / Durations invalid - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them under ITEM SHOP SUPPORT. Error Code 6 errors and in-game bugs or issues - They do not belong in the Technical Section , please submit them here in the bug reporting tool : http://forum.cabalonline.com/project.php?projectid=3 In order to maximize the efficiency of the Support Center, both we, the GMs, and you, the ticket writers, must be aware of the following :
*NOTE* - ALL TICKETS SHOULD BE SENT FROM SUPPORT CENTER ACCOUNTS THAT ARE REGISTERED WITH VALID E-MAIL ADDRESSES. Do not send a ticket from a Support Center Account that was registered with an e-mail address you no longer use. *NOTE* - ALL TICKETS SENT MUST INCLUDE EITHER THE WEB ACCOUNT ID OR THE IN-GAME ACCOUNT ID. This helps us track down the account having the issue. | |
