Sub-Password Blocks - How to get the block lifted

The Sub-Password system enables you to increase your accounts protection by creating a four digit password for your character, equipment and storage. Enabling sub-password for character selection screen is obligatory; you will not be able to log in to the game without creating it. Warehouse and equipment sub passwords are option. Sub-password will offer you increased peace of mind, because even if someone does gain access to your account they will be unable to access your precious equipment. If a sub-password is incorrectly typed 20 times the account will be locked. A support ticket will then need to be sent to the 'Sub-Password Block" department, with proof that you are the owner.
