One of the most common problems users have at registration is with creating an account password. For many the requirements can be confusing and this guide will therefore aim to clarify what exactly your password needs to contain.

The registration page states that ALL new passwords must contain:

- one lowercase letter,
- one uppercase letter,
- one digit
- one character from this list: !@#$%^&*()_+}{:;'?/>.<,]

Please note: This username and password will become your default game account login. (use the shift key to obtain the special characters on the onscreen keyboard when logging in to the game)"

This means your password must have at least:

• A "small letter". For example "a".
• A "big letter". For example "A".
• A "digit" or number. For example "1".
• A "special character". This can be taken from the list given above, but an example might be "!"
• Be at least five letters in length.

So for example my password, if I used the above, would be aA1!c . This meets all the criteria and would be accepted by the registration page.
