Sometimes the unexpected occurs in life and you might find that you cannot honour a payment that you made in good faith or you might have some kind of error. Or you might have overpaid thinking your payment has failed.<br /><br />We understand these things and want to help you out with as little interruption to your game play as possible. It is standard procedure to block an account when we get a report of a bad payment. In this instance you should contact the payment system you used as soon as possible and make arrangements to clear the debt.<br /><br />It is essential that you contact <strong>Payment Support</strong> to advise us of your intention so we are aware of your situation and what your intention is. It is possible to avoid your account being blocked in some cases.<br /><br />As always you should include your <strong>Game Account ID</strong> in all tickets to make processing your ticket as fast as possible.<br />]]></content:encoded>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><br />Below are some points to be aware of when making your payments:<br /><br />- Make sure you are purchasing the CABAL Cash to the correct WebAccount+GameAccount.<br />- Only BOKU allows unlimited payments. You cannot beat this rule so please don't try to as your transaction won't be processed.<br /><span>-&nbsp;</span>Make sure that a whole 48 hours has passed before making the third payment.<br /><span>-&nbsp;</span>If your payment does not reach your account immediately don't assume it has failed. Give it at least 1 day to see if it turns up.<br />- If you write a support ticket about a failed payment don't expect an immediate reply, NO ticket about a payment failure will be processed until at least 24 hours has passed. This is to allow time for the payment to log at the DB.<br />- All queries about payments should be sent to the <strong>Payment Support</strong> Department, sending it to all sections won't get it processed any faster.<br />-&nbsp;If your transaction is not on your Payment History and you are postive you have purchased CABAL Cash to the correct Account, it will mean that your transaction was not sucessful on the Payment Provider side under normal circunstances. Please make sure to contact the Payment Provider directly in this case.<br />-&nbsp;For faster ticket processing always include your Game Account ID, Payment Method used and problematic transaction(s).</p>
